Join us for our second FREE! Gender Non-Conforming Playshop for folx identifying as trans, non-binary, genderfluid, and beyond! Using InterPlay somatics, art, and mindfulness practices we’ll take a foray into the Gender Affirming closet. Once dressed, we’ll play with allowing our true selves to take up space within community. We’ll engage our bodies’ movement, the sounds our bodies can make, and give our imagination space to play through art collage. Each playshop brings a blend of movement, vocalization, storytelling, and improvisation exercises. You’ll be invited into solo, paired, and group activities designed to unlock your innate creativity and new modes of expression.

Thursday, August 29, 2024 - Sunday, September 1, 2024
This body-centric program offers an opportunity to pause as the seasons turn from the ripeness of summer towards the decay of autumn.
Join us for a camping retreat for four days in the sacred mountains near the Continental Divide, where nature and community will meet us as our whole selves. This program includes a solo Daywander and InterPlay activities which offer space to explore and reclaim our bodies as divine aspects of the Earth body. During this long-weekend, you'll have the chance to get to know a small group of fellow seekers who together refine an intention. With the holding help of your guides, Linds & Tonks, you'll get to know the land, and then spend time on the third day alone in the wilderness from sunrise to sunset. The lessons that you learn on the land can be witnessed by community, and brought forth into your everyday life. This is a chance to slow down and tap into the embodied knowing that lives deep in your gut-heart.

How can we honor our bodies and enjoy more of our embodied experience through radical self-love? This group meets online every other week for an hour and a half to explore this question. Together we’ll invite our bodies into playful experiential practices that are woven together with awareness of our body’s wisdom and experiences. The series includes inspiration and optional readings from the body is not an apology and workbook by sonya renee taylor. These tools allow us to explore radical self-love and question some of the messages we’ve received about our bodies from our society, including gender, race, sexuality, ability, aging, and shame. Together, we look at the messages we’ve received around our bodies, and meet these messages with our own inner wisdom. All bodies welcome!
Come join us for a weekend of mindful movements, stillness, and playful exploration! Using the framework of the Paramita, we will practice finding harmony while riding the waves of change and transition in our lives with the beautiful qualities of generosity, morality, renunciation, wisdom, energy, patience, truthfulness, resolve, kindness, and equanimity.
InterPlay is an easy and creative practice that uses natural movements, stillness, voice and stories to touch into the wisdom of our body and group energy. InterPlay often brings people into a place of playfulness, deep connection and even surprise at our own insights. The session usually starts with a warm up for the body and spirit. All physical abilities are welcomed and can be adapted to what you're comfortable with.
