Connect with yourself, with others, and with the Earth.

What does it mean, ‘to gather’?

From Oxford Languages:

Gather
Verb
1. come together; assemble or accumulate.
2. bring together and take in from scattered places or sources. “we have gathered the information”
3. develop a high degree of. “the green movement is gathering pace”
4. infer, understand.
5. summon up (a mental or physical attribute such as one’s thoughts or strength) for a purpose.
6. draw and hold together (fabric or a part of a garment) by running thread through it.

These definitions suggest multiple meanings for the benefits of people coming together in nature and in community to reflect, grieve, celebrate, and remember who we are. To gather ourselves, to gather one another, and to gather together in nature gives us access to our wholeness and moves us towards collective liberation. Our programs welcome all bodies from all life experiences, and we are committed to making programs accessible to folks who experience marginalization based on race, gender, ability, class, and related social identities.
